The Problem We Solve
Your production team and engineering staff are your most valuable resource. When they spend time sourcing individual components, assembling valve banks, configuring FRL units, and testing sub-assemblies, they are not doing the work that grows your business.
CompAir Systems takes that work off your plate. We assemble pneumatic sub-assemblies to your specification, test them in our workshop, and deliver them ready to install — under one part number, in one shipment, on time.
Our Process

You share your drawing, bill of materials, or verbal specification. We confirm all requirements before work begins.

You supply the components, or we source them to your specification. Either way, incoming components are inspected before assembly begins.

Our five-person workshop team assembles each unit to your drawing. Every person in our team has a minimum of 15 years of hands-on pneumatic assembly experience.

Every assembly is tested before it leaves our workshop. Our testing capability includes pressure testing, leak testing, functional operation testing, electrical continuity and solenoid coil resistance checks, cracking pressure verification, flow and regulation checks, and visual and dimensional inspection.

Finished assemblies are inspected against your specification. Deviations are flagged before dispatch — not discovered on your production line.

Units are labelled to your requirements, packed, and dispatched. You receive a tested, ready-to-install assembly.

Our 1,050 sq ft workshop is located at Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri East — giving fast turnaround access to the largest concentration of industrial buyers in India.

Every unit leaves our workshop having passed our full testing protocol. You do not discover problems on your production line.
